Solbox was selected as “'Best Places to Work” for 2018 that was announced by the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ㅏ(Park Yong-man/Chairman)”.
For this award, the research has been largely conducted through the participation and cooperation of private and public organizations including the Korea Employment Information Service (KEIS), Korea Enterprise Data (KED), Saramin, JobPlanet. The nominees were carefully selected based on their quantitative and qualitative assessments. The first assessment was made by analyzing the financial statistics from 3.3 million companies across the country in terms of credit rating, sales revenue and business profit. Among those selected companies after the first assessment, the top 30% of companies have been selected again based on company reviews from former and current employee and their evaluation ratings reflecting 8 different evaluation criteria - CEO’s vision & philosophy, growth potential, staff recommendation, executive competency, work-life balance, corporate culture, promotion opportunities, welfare and employee benefits.
Above all, Solbox was recognized as one of the best companies for “CEO’s Vision and Philosophy” in the evaluation categories among the selected companies.
