Solbox implements five-day working system, of which one is working from home
Solbox offers flexible working hours so that employees can choose to work either from 9 to 6 or for eight hours a day according to characteristics of each team.
For better quality of life of all employee, Solbox provides "Family Day" once a month to encourage workers to leave work early at 4 p.m. and spend more time with their families and friends.
